Par train et car

Dans notre Horaire automne 2025 – élaboré par RSN pour les usagers du CHM, et valable jusqu’au 13/12/2025 – nous vous présentons les possibilités actuelles d’arriver en train et car de Paris jusqu’au CHM. Et de retourner de cette manière.

C’est comment fonctionne votre voyage au CHM :

• Pour rejoindre la gare de Lesparre à partir de Bordeaux St-Jean, prendre les trains TER vers Lesparre, le Verdon ou la Pointe de Grave, ou prendre les cars 422 (anciennement 703) à partir de Bordeaux Quinconces (Tram C ou D à partir de la gare Saint-Jean, départ juste devant la boulangerie PAUL. En descendant à l’arrêt Qinconces, veuillez traverser tout droit cette grande place, passer devant plusieurs cafés et boutiques, puis devant l’immense monument aux Girondins jusqu’à l’arrêt de bus, environ 300 m).

• A la gare de Lesparre, du lundi au vendredi, l’après-midi, il y a deux correspondances avec les bus de la ligne 4213 (anciennement 712) en direction de Montalivet et Grayan (voir notre fiche horaire actuelle).

• Descendre à l’arrêt Centre Hélio-Marin.

• Pour le retour, il y a 2 bus du lundi au vendredi matin à destination de Lesparre. Si vous prendrez un car 422 à partir de cette gare, vous pouvez aussi changer au Haillan, arrêt ,Cantinolle’ au tram D vers le centre-ville de Bordeaux et la gare Saint-Jean.

• En juillet et août, les liaisons de bus vers le CHM (alors également jusqu’à Euronat et au Gurp) sont étendues à tous les jours de la semaine et à davantage de trajets quotidiens. Voir en haut.

Le moyen le plus économique est le car (lignes 422 et 4213). On peut ainsi se rendre de Bordeaux à Montalivet pour 2,50 €. Cependant, les cars 422 à Bordeaux ne commencent/finissent pas à la gare, mais à la place des Quinconces, que l’on atteint par le tram C ou D (ticket supplémentaire nécessaire). De plus, le car 422 met 40 mn de plus que le train. Pour le train, les billets simples coûtent jusqu’à 17,00 €, un prix qui peut toutefois être réduit jusqu’à 50% avec une Carte Avantage (voir ci-dessous) ou une Carte+. La Carte+ coûte en général 29,- €/an, mais seulement 5,- € pour les promotions occasionnelles.

Pour l’achat des billets en ligne nous conseillons de voir sur www.sncf-connect.com/ et www.thetrainline.com. Afin de trouver la meilleure liaison et le meilleur prix il pourrait être utile de voir par troncons s’il faut prendre plusieurs trains.

Pour économiser des frais dans tous les trains de la SNCF, il vaut souvent la peine de s’acheter une Carte Avantage (pour les jeunes jusqu’à 27 ans, les personnes de plus de 60 ans et, sous certaines conditions, pour tous les autres). Celles-ci permettent d’obtenir des réductions aussi bien en 1re qu’en 2e classe. Ces cartes coûtent en général 49,- €, 25,- € en cas d’action spéciale.

Par Avion, train et car ou voiture
• Arriver à l’aéroport de Bordeaux Mérignac et prendre un bus vers la gare de Bordeaux St-Jean et suivre la description de « Par le train ».
• Ou y louer un véhicule pour emprunter la rocade de Bordeaux. Suivre ensuite « Lesparre-Médoc »

Mit Zug und Bus

Von Deutschland aus gibt es Direktzüge nach Paris von Berlin, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Köln, Mannheim, München und Stuttgart. Vom Bahnhof Paris-Montparnass sind es noch zwei Stunden bis Bordeaux Saint-Jean.

In unserem Fahrplan Herbst 2025 – von uns zusammengestellt für die BewohnerInnen und BesucherInnen des CHM, und gültig bis zum 13.12.2025 – zeigen wir Ihnen die aktuellen Möglichkeiten, mit Bahn und Bus von Paris zum CHM zu kommen und zurückzukehren.

Und so funktioniert generell die Anreise:

• Lesparre erreichen Sie vom TGV-Bahnhof Bordeaux Saint-Jean mit dem TER-Regionalzug der Linie nach Lesparre/le Verdon/Pointe de Grave
oder mit einem Bus der Linie 422 (bisher 703) nach „Lesparre-Gare SNCF“ ab Bordeaux Quinconces (erreichbar vom Bahnhof mit Tram C oder D, Abfahrt direkt vor der Bäckerei PAUL. Beim Aussteigen an der Haltestelle Qinconces bitte geradeaus diesen großen Platz überqueren, vorbei an mehreren Cafés und Läden, dann am riesigen Denkmal für die Girondisten bis zur Bushaltestelle, ca. 300 m).
Welches Verkehrsmittel sich jeweils anbietet, sehen Sie immer in unserem aktuellen Fahrplan bzw. an den unten verlinkten Originalfahrplänen der Transporteure.
• Vom Bahnhof von Lesparre gibt es Montag bis Freitag am Nachmittag zwei Anschlüsse mit Bussen der Linie 4213 (bisher 712) in Richtung Montalivet und Grayan.
• Steigen Sie an der Haltestelle „Centre Hélio-Marin“ aus.
• Für die Rückfahrt fahren Montag bis Freitag am Morgen 2 Busse nach Lesparre. Wenn Sie mit dem Bus 422 ab Lesparre nach Bordeaux weiterfahren, können Sie auch bereits in le Haillan an der Halterstelle ,Cantinolle’ in die Tram D in Richtung Gare Saint-Jean umsteigen.
• Im Juli und August werden die Busverbindungen zum CHM (dann auch bis Euronat und zum Gurp) auf alle Wochentage und mehrere tägliche Fahrten ausgedehnt. Siehe oben.

Am günstigsten ist die Fahrt per Bus (Linien 422 und 4213). So kommt man mit einem Ticket zu 2,50 € von Bordeaux nach Montalivet. Allerdings starten/enden die Busse 422 in Bordeaux nicht am Bahnhof, sondern am Platz Quinconces, den man per Tram C oder D erreicht (extra Ticket, erhältlich am Automaten oder in der TBM-App). Außerdem braucht Bus 422 ein halbe Stunde länger als der Zug. Für diesen kosten die einfachen Tickets derzeit 17,00 €, ein Preis, der jedoch durch eine Carte Avantage (s.u.) oder eine Carte+ für die TER-Züge im Südwesten um bis zu 50% vermindert werden kann. Die Carte+ kostet in der Regel 29,- €/Jahr, bei gelegentlichen Werbeaktionen aber nur 5,- €.

Für den Online-Kauf von Tickets zum CHM empfehlen wir, die Internet-Seiten von SNCF, DB und Trainline zu prüfen.  Dabei ist es oft am günstigsten, bei der SNCF die gesamte Strecke zu buchen, wenn TGV-Züge bereits in Deutschland starten wie in Frankfurt, Freiburg, München oder Stuttgart. Bei Kombinationen von ICE mit TGV ist es oft günstiger, den ICE über die DB-Seite zu buchen und den TGV über die SNCF-Seite. Manchmal findet man eine günstige Verbindung auch erst, wenn man nur bis Bordeaux und nicht gleich bis Lesparre bucht.

Um Kosten in allen Zügen der SNCF zu sparen lohnt es sich oft, sich eine Carte Avantage (für junge Leute bis 27, Menschen ab 60 Jahren und unter bestimmten Bedingungen auch für alle anderen, gültig für 1 Jahr) zu kaufen. Mit diesen gibt es Ermäßigungen sowohl in der 1. als auch in der 2. Klasse. Diese Karten kosten i.d.R. 49,- €, in Sonderaktionen 25,- €

Mit Flugzeug, Zug und Bus oder Auto:
• Vom Flughafen Bordeaux Mérignac aus fahren mehrmals stündlich Busse zum Bahnhof Bordeaux Saint-Jean. Von dort gelangen Sie wie oben beschrieben nach Lesparre und Montalivet.

Eine Zeitersparnis bietet sich unter Umständen mit folgendem Weg an: Ab Flughafen Bordeaux Mérignac mit der Buslinie 1 nach BOURRANVILLE (20min Fahrt), kurzer Fußweg (500m/6min) zum Bahnhof CAUDÉRAN-MÉRIGNAC. Ab dort mit dem Zug in 1h 7min nach LESPARRE

• Wenn Sie sich am Flughafen einen Mietwagen nehmen, fahren Sie von dort auf die Umgehungsstraße und folgen dann der Richtung Lesparre-Médoc.

From London St. Pancras station there are every day several Eurostar trains connecting London to Paris in 2 hours and 15 minutes. From Paris-Montparnass station, it is another two hours to Bordeaux Saint-Jean.

In our Horaire automne 2025, composed by Respect – Santé – Nature for all the users of the CHM, and valid til the 13th of december 2025 – we show you the current possibilities to reach our holiday center by train and bus.

• You can reach Lesparre from Bordeaux Saint-Jean TGV station by TER regional train on the line to Lesparre/le Verdon/Pointe de Grave
or by bus on line 422 (previously 703) to « Lesparre-Gare SNCF » from Bordeaux Quinconces (accessible from the station by tram C or D, departing directly in front of the PAUL bakery. When getting off at the Qinconces stop, please cross this large square straight ahead, past several cafés and shops, then past the huge monument to the Girondists to the bus stop, approx. 300 metres).

• At Lesparre station, there are two connections Monday to Friday in the afternoon with buses on line 4213 (previously 712) in the direction of Montalivet and Grayan to the « Centre Hélio-Marin » stop.
• For the return journey, there are 2 buses to Lesparre from Monday to Friday in the morning. If you are travelling back from Lesparre on the 422 bus, you can also change to the D tram at the ‘Cantinolle’ stop in le Haillan in the direction of Gare Saint-Jean.
• In July and August, the bus connections to the CHM (then also to Euronat and the Gurp) will be extended to all days of the week and more daily journeys.

The cheapest way to travel is by bus (lines 422 and 4213). You can get from Bordeaux to Montalivet for €2.50. However, the 422 buses do not start/end at Bordeaux station, but at Quinconces square, which can be reached by tram C or D (extra ticket). Bus 422 also takes 40 minutes longer than the train. Single tickets here currently cost €17.00, but this price can be reduced by up to 50% with a Carte Avantage or a Carte+. By air:
• From Bordeaux Mérignac airport there are regular buses going to Bordeaux station St-Jean several times every hour. From there you can reach the CHM as described above.
• If you hire a car at the airport then take the Bordeaux ring road and follow instructions for “To go to Lesparre from Bordeaux ».
